What Does This Warranty Cover?
This warranty covers Safe Harbor Marine Mooring Arms and Safe Harbor
Marine SnapLines and is provided to the original purchaser only.
How Long Does This Warranty Last?
This warranty runs for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
What Safe Harbor Marine Will Do:
If a defect in materials or workmanship occurs within the warranty
period, Safe Harbor Marine will, at its election, repair or replace
the defective part at no charge or refund the purchase price.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover:
This warranty does not cover or apply to defects due directly or
indirectly to misuse, abuse, disassembly, alteration, negligence,
accident, improperly or incorrectly performed maintenance or repair,
or if the use of this product is not in compliance with the instructions
and specifications for its use.
No Other Warranties:
OTHER THAN THE WARRANTIES PROVIDED HEREIN, SAFE HARBOR MARINE MAKES
NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ORAL OR WRITTEN WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO
THIS PRODUCT OR WORKMANSHIP AND ALL WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY LAW, INCLUDING
ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. Some states do not
allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the
above limitation may not apply to you.
Limitation on Damages:
SAFE HARBOR MARINE SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR DEATH, INJURIES
TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY OR FOR INCIDENTAL, CONTINGENT, SPECIAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF ITS PRODUCTS. Some states
do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential
damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
How Do I Get Warranty Performance?
In order to be eligible under this warranty, you must return the
attached warranty card to Safe Harbor Marine within thirty (30)
days from the date of purchase. Upon discovery of a possible defect,
you must promptly contact Safe Harbor Marine by telephone. You should
have a copy of this warranty along with proof of purchase ready
at the time you contact Safe Harbor Marine. All warranty correspondence

If an inspection is necessary after the telephone consultation
is completed, Safe Harbor Marine will inspect the product at no
charge within 10 days of receipt and will contact you when its inspection
is complete. If the problem is covered by this warranty, Safe Harbor
Marine will repair or replace the product or refund the purchase
price. Safe Harbor Marine will also pay for the cost of shipping
the product to Safe Harbor Marine and the cost to return it to you
by standard ground shipping.
If the problem is not covered by this warranty or an inspection
does not uncover a defect, then the product will be replaced only
at your request and at your expense and you must bear all costs
of shipping the product.
How Does State Law Apply?
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also
have other rights which vary from state to state.
